Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using zedgad to create projects, connect social accounts, receive content through webhooks, and publish to external platforms.

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Using zedgad

zedgad helps you receive content from your websites, apps, or backend systems, organize it by project, and publish it to connected social channels. You must use the service only for accounts, projects, and destinations you own or are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and connected platform accounts secure. Activity performed through your account or project API keys may be treated as activity you authorized.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send to zedgad. By submitting content, media, URLs, metadata, or publish instructions, you give zedgad permission to host, process, transform, queue, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, and platform compliance of the content you submit or publish. Do not send content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or prohibited by the destination platform.

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize zedgad to use the permissions granted by that platform to perform actions you request, such as publishing content, reading page metadata, checking connection status, and recording publish results.

Third-party platforms can change their APIs, permissions, review requirements, limits, or enforcement rules. zedgad is not responsible for outages, rejected posts, removed content, account restrictions, or policy decisions made by those platforms.

API and automation

Project API keys are intended for server-side use. You may not expose keys in public repositories, browser code, mobile apps, shared screenshots, or client-side bundles. If a key is leaked, rotate it immediately.

You may not use zedgad to spam platforms, evade platform rules, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape private data, or send malicious payloads. We may rate limit, suspend, or remove accounts and projects that threaten the service or other users.

Plans and billing

Pricing, limits, and included features may vary by plan. If paid billing is enabled for your account, you agree to the price, billing cycle, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules shown at checkout or in your account.

We may adjust plan names, limits, or prices as the product changes. When a change affects an active paid account, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Availability and changes

We work to keep zedgad reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes to third-party APIs. We may update features, documentation, platform support, limits, and workflows over time.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, zedgad is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost reach, or missed publishing opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using zedgad at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses integrations, infringes rights, or uses the product in a way that could harm zedgad, third-party platforms, or other users.

After termination, we may retain records where needed for security, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, platform audits, or legal obligations.
